1. The service

Remotler lets you connect to computers you control and operate them remotely. By creating an account or installing the software you accept these terms.

2. You may only connect to machines you are entitled to access

You may install the software and start sessions only on computers you own, or that you administer with the informed permission of the person or organisation responsible for them. Accessing someone's computer without their authorisation is a criminal offence in Poland and most other jurisdictions, and it is a breach of these terms.

3. Prohibited use

We may suspend or terminate an account immediately, without refund, if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being used for any of the above, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where required.

4. Your account

Keep your credentials and session passwords confidential; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at kontakt@senditnow.online if you believe it has been compromised.

5. Availability

The service is provided as-is, with no guaranteed uptime. It is currently offered free of charge while in beta, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will give account holders reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data or profit, or for damage arising from your use of the service or from actions taken by anyone using your account. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or intentional fault. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to us. We may terminate an account for breach of these terms, or on reasonable notice if we discontinue the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes fall to the courts competent for the seat of Keysender — Łukasz Wicenciak, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
